Kim began working in the Grove School Health Center in 2002. She grew up in Connecticut and earned her BSN at the University of Rhode Island. Kim worked at the Hospital of Saint Raphael on a Cardiothoracic Stepdown Unit for 6 years where she gained invaluable nursing experience. Having always had a special interest in psychology and a desire to work with children and adolescents, the decision to join the team at Grove School was an easy one. Working together with such a dedicated team of nurses towards the social, emotional, and physical well-being of the students is very rewarding.

Kim is a Certified American Heart Association CPR instructor and a DCF Medication Administration Certification Instructor. She is active in her community as a board member of her local Youth and Family Services as well as a parent volunteer for Project Graduation.

In her free time, Kim enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, boating, going to the beach, gardening and spending time with friends.
