About Us

Grove School is a distinctive, comprehensive Therapeutic Boarding School providing attentive care, individualized psychotherapy, and educational planning. While our primary academic focus is preparation for college, we also support adolescents with vocational interests.  

Within Grove’s nurturing and innovative setting, students are encouraged to reflect on their identities and actions, nurture their passions, and challenge themselves to grow. As both educators and clinicians, we strive to help students realize their full potential.  

Upon completion of our program, Grove students may return home to continue their academic journey, move on to traditional boarding school, attend college, or pursue alternate post-graduate opportunities. Grove School’s Transition program for high-school graduates offers ongoing clinical and social skills support along with part-time college, vocational, and work opportunities tailored to student interests. At Grove, we prioritize personalized learning within a structured framework, fostering a culture of learning from mistakes while teaching both responsibility and accountability.  

Grove School’s curriculum encompasses a range of disciplines including literature, mathematics, technology, the sciences, and the arts. Outside the classroom, we encourage the exploration of non-academic interests such as outdoor adventures and physical activities, ensuring a well-rounded educational experience.
